As chief presiding officer, the president shall exercise a general supervision over all the affairs pertaining to the organization. |
| Vice- President: |
Jennifer Rudolph |
The vice-president shall be responsible for lining up all programs when necessary; shall send notices of meetings to members of the organization as required and shall be the presiding officer in the absence of the president. |
| Secretary: |
Michelle Weiss |
The secretary shall record the minutes of all organization and executive committee meetings; shall keep a membership book containing the names of each member of the organization; presiding officer in the absence of the president and the vice-president. |
| Treasurer: |
Nancy Krenek |
The treasurer has custody of all funds; keeps full and accurate accounting of receipts and expenditures; shall make disbursements as authorized by the president, executive committee or organization; presiding officer in the absence of the president, vice-president and the secretary. |
